A Letter From the President
Welcome to the Kappa Phi Beta chapter of Montreal!
Kappa Phi Beta is such an empowering and inclusive group that provides a sense of belonging and friendship. It connects people that are facing similar challenges and going through similar hardships. It’s having a friend that is always a phone call away and finding a safe place without judgement.
My first year of university was a difficult one. In such a large place, it can be really hard to find a sense of belonging. KphiB was able to provide that and so much more. It is an incredible way for you to meet new people in a new city, or discover new friends and new experiences in your hometown. I have gained lifelong friendships, an amazing support system, and a feeling of pride for being a part of something so great.
As one of the six founders of this sorority, it’s very special to me. I’ve watched this organization grow from a mere thought to solid reality. It has supported over 40 women in just the 2 years of its existence, and I can’t wait for it to support many more in the future. Every KPhiB member brings a unique personality to this chapter and their presence is what makes us such a powerful group of individuals. I couldn’t be more proud of what we have all accomplished together and individually. Being a part of this chapter has been a rewarding experience.
It is an honor and privilege to lead this chapter of diverse individuals that I call my best friends and siblings. I invite you to take some time to explore our website and get to know our exceptional community. Who knows?! Perhaps this website will lead you to finding the happiness I have found within Kappa Phi Beta.
